I’ve had the privilege of working with and mentoring Dr. Holly Molinaro for many years. Her passion to be in the animal field started early and her passion for animal welfare science quickly developed thereafter. From her internship and published research with our staff at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, to founding Animal Wellbeing Solutions, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, capability, and a genuine commitment to improving animal care through science-based solutions. Often people who choose to work with animals are not always the best at working with people, but Dr. Molinaro has skills in both arenas.
